Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in PMO or technical program management in data/AI environments.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with tight timelines.
• Strong ability to review architectures and discuss estimates with engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive the AI project portfolio across CX, Marketing, Operations and Risk with clear milestones and owners.
• Establish and enforce disciplined PM practices including project plans, RAID logs, dependency maps and sprint reviews.
• Monitor timelines, identify slippage early, escalate blockers, and re-baseline scope using data-driven insights.
• Build leadership-ready steering decks, status reports, and executive updates for Director+ audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery by aligning Data Science, Engineering, Product, Security and business owners to unified milestones.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs, challenge estimates, and validate scope with engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end adoption after launch with pilots, rollout plans and usage tracking.
