Job summary

Exabytes is seeking an AI-enabled Workplace Experience, Procurement & People Executive to join our Jakarta team. You will support People Operations, workplace experience, and office administration, driving efficient processes while enhancing the employee experience with AI tools.

You will manage HR operations, facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in HR, business, psychology, management or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR operations, admin, workplace experience, office management, or procurement/administrative support in a similar role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Procurement knowledge: sourcing quotations, coordinating vendors, preparing POs, and maintaining procurement records.
• Proactive, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent employee service.
• Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and engaging workplace.
• AI-enabled mindset, comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Good English communication is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leaves, employee records, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage facilities, meeting rooms, pantry, assets, and vendor coordination to create a productive workplace.
• Assist procurement activities: source quotations, create PRs/POs, coordinate vendors, maintain records.
• Provide timely, professional support to employees, candidates, visitors, vendors and partners.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency across operations.
