Job summary

You’ll work with technology partners to ensure responsible AI use, coach teams, and cultivate data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, HR technology, shared services, service design or related fields.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation and measurable impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technology, with sound judgment to connect technology to genuine business and employee needs.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly and work effectively across local, regional and global teams.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, digital workflow or dashboard solutions.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management, or digital adoption methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and re-engineer people processes and services.
• Translate business challenges into clear problem statements, use cases, requirements and solution concepts.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end, from exploration and design through testing, implementation, adoption and value realization.
• Enable responsible, human-centered use of AI with technology, data, legal, compliance and information security partners.
• Build continuous improvement capability through coaching, clinics, experimentation and knowledge sharing.
• Use data, analytics and structured problem-solving to uncover root causes, challenge assumptions and inform decisions.
• Influence stakeholders across local, regional and global teams to build alignment and scale successful solutions.
