The role is hands-on, requiring proficiency with AI, workflow automation, system integrations, APIs, and business process automation, including tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. Remote work with international teams is supported.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or related technical field.
Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations and data workflows.
Experience with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes across departments.
Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows.
Automate content production workflows and AI-assisted content creation.
Develop AI-powered workflows using various AI platforms.
Build integrations between CRM, marketing, HR, content, and other systems.
Work with APIs, webhooks, and databases to enable data flows.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation performance.
Collaborate with multiple departments to map processes to automation solutions.
Document workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation & Integration Specialist to help automate and improve processes across our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will identify manual and repetitive processes across Content, Marketing, HR, Sales, Patient Services, Account Management, and Operations, and develop practical automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support business growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience with AI, workflow automation, system integrations, APIs, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual business processes across departments.
Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows.
Automate Content Department processes, including content production workflows, AI-assisted content creation, content review/QA, publishing workflows, content updates, and reporting.
Develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
Build integrations between CRM, marketing, HR, content, communication, and other business systems.
Work with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
Automate data collection, processing, reporting, notifications, and internal workflows.
Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflow performance.
Work directly with different departments to understand their processes and implement suitable automation solutions.
Document workflows and ensure reliable, scalable automation.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in automation, integrations, software development, AI automation, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data workflows.
Experience working with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered automation.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently identify business problems and turn them into practical automation solutions.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work across multiple departments and manage several automation projects.
