The candidate will work with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and various AI platforms to automate data collection, reporting, and internal processes while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or AI automation.

• Strong API, webhooks, data workflow knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify automated opportunities across Content, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows.
• Automate Content Department processes including AI-assisted content creation and publishing workflows.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others.

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation & Integration Specialist to help automate and improve processes across our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will identify manual and repetitive processes across Content, Marketing, HR, Sales, Patient Services, Account Management, and Operations, and develop practical automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support business growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience with AI, workflow automation, system integrations, APIs, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual business processes across departments.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows.
• Automate Content Department processes, including content production workflows, AI-assisted content creation, content review/QA, publishing workflows, content updates, and reporting.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Build integrations between CRM, marketing, HR, content, communication, and other business systems.
• Work with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Automate data collection, processing, reporting, notifications, and internal workflows.
• Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflow performance.
• Work directly with different departments to understand their processes and implement suitable automation solutions.
• Document workflows and ensure reliable, scalable automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automation, integrations, software development, AI automation, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data workflows.
• Experience working with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently identify business problems and turn them into practical automation solutions.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and manage several automation projects.
