The role is hands-on, requiring proficiency with AI, workflow automation, system integrations, APIs, and business process automation, including tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. Remote work with international teams is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automation, integrations, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations and data workflows.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes across departments.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows.
• Automate content production workflows and AI-assisted content creation.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using various AI platforms.
• Build integrations between CRM, marketing, HR, content, and other systems.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and databases to enable data flows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation performance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to map processes to automation solutions.
• Document workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
