Job summary

OurTeam seeks an Automation & AI Integration Specialist to own the design, optimization, and scaling of internal and client-focused workflow automations. You will connect CRMs, HR platforms, analytics tools, and AI agents to create end-to-end pipelines that drive efficiency and insight.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, and REST APIs, plus a passion for turning complex processes into reliable, scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or enterprise workflow engines.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON parsing, and scripting in Python or JavaScript/Apps Script.
• Deep knowledge of Google Sheets formulas, Google Apps Script, Drive APIs, and automated document creation.
• Hands-on experience building prompt pipelines or connecting LLM APIs into business workflows.
• Ability to challenge requirements, simplify complex logic, and build resilient automations.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Build & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated workflows using platforms like Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or custom Python/API scripts.
• Google Workspace & Spreadsheet Integration: Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting across Google Sheets, Google Docs, Drive, and external databases.
• System Integration: Connect key platforms across HR Tech, ATS, CRM systems, GA4 analytics, and candidate survey databases.
• AI Tool Deployment: Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and custom AI agents into workflows to automate admin, data enrichment, and reporting.
• Task Deconstruction Support: Work with HR transformation leads to turn manual business processes into automated pipelines.
• Interactive Diagnostic Tools: Build and maintain automated scoring engines for client lead magnets.
• Candidate & Client Data Mining: Automate ingestion, aggregation, and anonymization of data for benchmarking reports.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation & AI Integration Specialist to own the technical build, optimization, and scale of our internal and client-facing workflow automations. You will translate task-deconstruction strategies into functional automated pipelines—connecting CRMs, HR platforms, analytics tools, candidate data flows, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Workflow & Process Automation

• Pipeline Build & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated workflows using platforms like Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or custom Python/API scripts.
  
• Google Workspace & Spreadsheet Integration: Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting across Google Sheets, Google Docs, Drive, and external databases.
  
• System Integration: Connect key platforms across HR Tech, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems, GA4 analytics, and candidate survey databases.
  

2. AI Teaming & Task Automation (Step 5 Execution)

• AI Tool Deployment: Integrate LLMs (OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API) and custom AI agents into business workflows to automate repetitive admin, data enrichment, and reporting.
  
• Task Deconstruction Support: Work alongside our HR transformation leads to turn manual business processes into automated, event-driven pipelines.
  
• Interactive Diagnostic Tools: Build and maintain automated scoring engines for client lead magnets (e.g., 2026 Work Redesign Diagnostic Tool).
  
• Candidate & Client Data Mining: Automate the ingestion, aggregation, and anonymization of candidate/market survey data to generate automated benchmarking reports.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Automation Platforms: 3+ years of experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or enterprise workflow engines.
  
• API & Scripting: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON parsing, and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript/Apps Script.
  
• Google Sheets / Workspace Advanced Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Sheets formulas, Google Apps Script, Google Drive APIs, and automated document creation.
  
• AI & LLM Integrations: Hands‑on experience building prompt pipelines or connecting LLM APIs into business workflows.
  
• Problem‑Solving Mindset: Ability to challenge requirements, simplify complex logic, and build resilient, error‑handled automations.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with HR tech platforms (ATS, LXP systems like Go1, skills platforms like Eightfold).
  
• Background in operations, systems architecture, or process redesign.
