Job summary

Rasa Group is seeking an experienced IT System Developer (AI & Automation) to drive digital transformation by implementing AI, integrating systems, and automating business processes. The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, developing AI-powered solutions, and boosting operational efficiency across departments.

You will design and deploy AI-driven systems, integrate ERP and databases, and ensure data security while guiding adoption through SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system engineering, AI/ML development, data engineering, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries, such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration through APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure AI), prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or other relevant fields.
• Good understanding of data engineering, including SQL, ETL processes, data cleaning, and integration from multiple sources.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, RPA, and workflow automation tools such as n8n or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Git, data security, and AI governance.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum project management, business process analysis, and solution development based on business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work across departments and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, manage project priorities, prepare technical documentation, and deliver solutions within established timelines.

This role will focus on identifying business process improvement opportunities, developing practical AI-powered solutions, integrating existing systems, and improving operational efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes across departments to identify opportunities for AI implementation, system development, and workflow automation.

AI Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including internal chatbots, document search systems using RAG, automated reporting, and forecasting tools.

Experience calculating business cases, evaluating project ROI, and measuring operational efficiency improvements.
