About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation & CRM Specialist to join our team in West Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and customer relationship management, where you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and optimising automation solutions that drive business transformation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process automation, develop intelligent workflows, and ensure seamless CRM integration. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping organisations streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes through cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions tailored to client requirements and business objectives
• Integrate AI automation systems with existing CRM platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability
• Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Develop and configure intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automated customer engagement systems within CRM environments
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimise automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Provide technical support and training to clients on AI automation features and CRM system functionality
• Monitor system performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements to enhance automation effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systems
• Experience with workflow automation tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms, or API integration
• Solid understanding of business process management and the ability to identify automation opportunities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant certifications in CRM platforms, AI technologies, or automation tools are highly desirable
• Experience in customer engagement strategies and understanding of CRM best practice
