We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist who is capable of identifying business processes and work activities that can be optimized through Artificial Intelligence (AI), selecting the appropriate technologies or AI tools, and implementing practical AI solutions to improve the company's efficiency and productivity.

This position will collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, evaluate AI tools, develop practical workflows or simple automations, and assist employees in effectively leveraging AI in their day‑to‑day work.

Key Responsibilities

Identify business processes and work activities that have the potential to be optimized through AI.

Analyze the needs of each department and determine the most appropriate AI tools or solutions.

Conduct research, testing, and evaluation of various AI tools and emerging technologies.

Implement AI solutions to support administrative, operational, HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, reporting, data processing, and other business functions.

Develop AI workflows and automations to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.

Develop and optimize prompts, prompt templates, and AI workflows according to user requirements.

Integrate AI with existing company tools or applications when necessary.

Develop prototypes or Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to assess the feasibility of AI implementation before broader deployment.

Conduct testing and evaluation of the accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of implemented AI solutions.

Provide training, consultation, and support to employees in effectively utilizing AI tools.

Develop documentation, guidelines, and SOPs related to the use of AI within the company.

Ensure that AI implementation complies with data privacy, information security, confidentiality, and accuracy requirements.

Monitor developments in AI technology and provide recommendations on new tools or solutions relevant to the company's needs.

Measure the impact of AI implementation on time efficiency, cost reduction, productivity, and work quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

Proven experience using and implementing various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

Ability to understand business processes and identify areas where AI can provide assistance or enable automation.

Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI workflow development.

Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of APIs and system integration is an advantage.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently conduct research and learn new AI technologies.

Ability to explain and train non-technical users on the effective use of AI.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
