You will lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, act as the local technical authority, and translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions, building a high-performing local team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering or technical leadership experience.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade systems.
• Strong customer-facing experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, consulting, technical account leadership, or deployment-focused roles.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams, projects, business units, or startups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and enterprise transformation.
