Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AI automation or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Experience with API integration, databases, and system integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Job Description

Identify and analyse business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline daily operations and workflows.

Build automated workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks across departments.

Implement and manage AI tools and platforms to support business operations and productivity.

Integrate AI applications with existing systems, databases, and business platforms where necessary.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and develop suitable automation solutions.

Monitor, maintain, and improve existing automation systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Identify opportunities to use AI for data processing, reporting, document management, and business analysis.

Provide guidance and training to employees on the effective use of AI tools and automation systems.

Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, automation tools, and industry developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, or a related field.

Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
