PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking an experienced Logistics Staff to support day-to-day logistics operations, tracking inventory, processing orders, and coordinating warehousing and distribution. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in logistics or supply chain, proficiency in SAP/WMS, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Experience using SAP is required.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Fulfillment Center operations.
• Advanced Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities, inbound and outbound shipments.
• Process and maintain Delivery Orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory movement and update records in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper handling, storage, loading, and distribution.
• Arrange and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales Admin and Sales to fulfill orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare logistics reports on inventory movement, delivery status, and shipments.
• Monitor logistics expenses including transportation costs.
• Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and delivery problems.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Staff to support the day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain. This role is responsible for inventory monitoring, order processing, warehouse coordination, logistics reporting, and supporting distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Process, verify, and maintain Delivery Orders (DO), delivery schedules, and other logistics-related documents.

Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate recording of incoming, outgoing, and transferred goods in the system.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper handling, storage, loading, and distribution of goods.

Arrange and monitor delivery schedules to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Liaise with the Sales Administration and Sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve delivery-related issues.

Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including inventory movement, delivery status, shipment records, and operational activities.

Monitor and report logistics operational expenses, including transportation and delivery costs.

Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and other logistics operational problems.

Ensure all logistics documentation and records are properly maintained, accurate, and up to date.

Support the improvement of logistics workflows and warehouse operations to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and operational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations.

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce, or related industries is preferred.

Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.

Experience using SAP is required.

Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Fulfillment Center or E-commerce Warehouse Operations.

Experience using a Multi-Channel Logistics (MCL) system will be an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.

Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.

Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience using a ERP System is a must, SAP experience is preferred.
