Job summary
PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to join our team in South Jakarta. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI tools, workflow automation, and system integration across departments.
The successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered automation solutions, build automated workflows, and train staff on AI tools to increase productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AI automation or related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Experience with API integration, databases, and system integration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze processes that can be improved via AI and automation.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Build automated workflows to reduce repetitive tasks across departments.
- Integrate AI apps with existing systems and databases.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to understand requirements.
- Monitor and maintain automation systems for efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training on AI tools and automation.
