Job summary

You will document issues and feedback and work with QA and technical teams to resolve them in line with SOPs and safety standards. Based in Indonesia with responsibilities across assigned products, you will contribute to smooth operations and reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to customers and sales teams for assigned products.
• Assist in product application guidance, usage instructions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support sales activities through product demonstrations and technical explanations.
• Record customer issues, feedback, and technical inquiries accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, QA, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Follow technical SOPs, safety standards, and reporting procedures.
