Japfa is seeking a motivated technical support representative to assist customers and sales teams with product guidance, usage instructions, and basic troubleshooting. You will conduct product demonstrations and provide clear technical explanations to help close sales.

You will record issues, feedback, and inquiries, and coordinate with sales, QA, and technical teams to resolve problems. Follow SOPs, safety standards, and reporting procedures while helping maintain Japfa's trusted customer
