Job summary

OCBC Indonesia seeks an experienced Agile & PMO professional to drive end-to-end project governance in a high-stakes banking environment. You will surface risks early, document decisions, and deliver decision-ready updates for senior management.

You will coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors, ensuring actions are tracked and resolved. A banking background and strong PM/SDLC understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Willing to do WFO from BSD and Jakarta.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in Project / Program Management, with experience working closely with senior management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking environment.
• Good understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong experience in preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project governance and execution.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-level project updates and recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors.
• Ensure project decisions, actions, and key agreements are properly documented and followed through.
• Identify project risks and blockers and proactively drive resolution.
