Job summary

PT Indocyber Global Teknologi is seeking a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to drive project planning, governance, and reporting for IT services in Indonesia. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in PMO or project coordination, with banking/fintech exposure preferred.

You will develop executive dashboards, manage risks, and coordinate across IT, business, and operations teams while delivering compelling stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or PMO.
• Experience in Financial Services projects (Banking/Insurance/Fintech) preferred.
• Ability to develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Track project performance, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Prepare project documents, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in risk, issue, and change management.
• PMO setup or portfolio planning experience is preferred.

• Has experience handling project in Financial Services Industry (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance, Fintech)
• Excellent in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations and confidently delivering them to key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Ability to track project performance, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in risk management, issue tracking, and change management processes.
• Experience in PMO setup, project portfolio management, or strategic planning is preferred.
