Job summary

MitraComm in Indonesia's Jakarta Selatan is seeking a capable customer service professional to join our CCU team. The role emphasizes clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English for non-phone tasks, and reliable data handling while supporting customers over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma 3 or higher, proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Training will be provided and performance is monitored to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or higher is required.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English for non-phone tasks.
• English communication mandatory on the CCU.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
• Performance monitored during operation.
• Passed training test with at least 85%.
• No data sharing or fraud findings in background checks.

• Being able to communicate in English is mandatory on the CCU
• Phone.
• - Able to operate Ms. Office or Google Workspace
• - Typing skill with WPM score 40
• - Are monitored during operation phase:
• - No critical defect in the last 6 months
• - Passed the training test (score min 85%)
• - Never made any mistakes regarding data sharing and there were no findings
• of any fraud (through background checking).
