Qualifications

• Dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan lancar.
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer desktop dan terbiasa dengan sistem Customer Center seperti Salesforce, Amazon Connect, OMS.
• Fokus kuat pada layanan pelanggan dan kemampuan komunikasi.
• Mampu membuat paragraf dan kalimat yang tata bahasa benar, singkat, akurat.
• Kecepatan mengetik minimal 30 kata per menit.
• Pengetahuan proses untuk penanganan kasus, callback, eskalasi, forwarding, pelaporan dan log data.

Responsibilities

• Menangani follow up pelanggan melalui telepon, email, chat dan saluran lainnya.
• Bekerja sama dengan vendor dan departemen terkait untuk operasi harian.
• Melakukan review produk, CS survey, dan aktivitas terkait pelanggan untuk peningkatan layanan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Cconduct daily operations to follow up customers’ inquiry through phone, email, chat, etc. On top of this, agent may involve key Customer Center activities such as Product review, CS survey, delivery related which collaborate with other vendors as well as other departments and stores.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

1. Can speak english fluently.

2. Ability to operate a desktop computer and familiar with Customer Center system such as Salesforce, Amazon connect, OMS.

3. Strong focus on customer service and communication skills .

4. Ability to create paragraphs and sentences which are grammatically correct, brief, and accurate.

5. Minimum keyboard skills to type 30 words a minute.

6. Process knowledge for case handling, call back, escalation, forwarding, reporting and data log.
