Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a proactive Agency Relations professional to build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, drive sales, and expand the network across Jabodetabek and East Kalimantan regions. The role requires regular field visits and active engagement with external partners.

The ideal candidate has a background in sales or business development, excellent communication and networking skills, and willingness to travel for on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Agency Relations, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to engage and influence external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents to enhance engagement, productivity, and sales performance.
• Conduct regular visits and networking activities to strengthen partnerships and identify business opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge, sales updates, and market insights to support agents in promoting company products effectively.
• Encourage and activate property agents to prioritize strategic projects and products.
• Coordinate agent engagement activities, including events, incentive programs, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
• Recruit and onboard new property agents to expand the sales network and market reach.
• Support agents throughout the sales process, including product presentations, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Monitor agent activities, incentive achievement, and sales performance to support business targets.
• Execute Agency Relations programs and initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Agency Relations policies, processes, and standards across the assigned territory.
