Job summary

PT AIA Financial is seeking Head of Corporate Solutions Strategy & Business Development in Jakarta to lead development and execution of CS business strategies, oversee financial planning, and drive performance reviews across the organization.

This role requires building strong relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners; you will leverage data analytics to support informed decisions and accelerate growth in EB, DPLK, and new segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance, strategy consulting, corporate development, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Solutions products and industry dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across functions.
• Sales-oriented mindset to support business growth within Corporate Solutions.
• Ability to present ideas clearly in English and Bahasa.
• Proven ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
• Strong numerical, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CS business strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Create short-term and long-term CS strategic plans to accelerate growth in EB, DPLK, and new segments.
• Provide leadership in CS strategy and financial planning in collaboration with senior management.
• Keep management informed on CS performance and key factors influencing outcomes.
• Define and monitor CS strategies and programs aligning with broader priorities.
• Drive achievement of annual CS VoNB targets as outlined in the business plan.
• Lead CS Strategy & Business Development initiatives, including workshops and program management.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities including DPLK and EB Syariah solutions.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews and adjust as needed.
• Influence and align stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data analytics and insights.

• Develop and implement Corporate Solutions (CS) business strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and financial objectives.
• Create and maintain short-term and long-term CS strategic plans, to accelerate growth in EB, DPLK, and new business segments.
• Provide leadership in CS strategy and financial planning, driving achievement in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Keep management fully informed on CS performance and key factors influencing business outcomes.
• Define and monitor CS strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
• Drive achievement of annual CS VoNB targets as outlined in the business plan.
• Lead CS Strategy & Business Development initiatives, including high-level workshops, strategic program management, Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including DPLK and EB Syariah solutions to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews against CS strategic plans and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Influence and align stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support CS activities that advance strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data analytics, predictive modeling, and actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in life insurance, strategy consulting, corporate development, or finance (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance).
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Solutions products and industry dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels.
• Sales-oriented mindset to actively support and collaborate in driving business growth within Corporate Solutions.
• Ability to present ideas and analyses clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing (English and Bahasa).
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
• Expertise in structuring, evaluating, and synthesizing information to generate insights and solve complex problems.
• High numerical and financial proficiency, with strong analytical and interpretation skills.
