GAC AION Indomobil in Jakarta is seeking an experienced EV aftersales technician to support dealers and service centers, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure quality.

Candidates should have SMK education, EV technician certification, 2-3 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, English proficiency, Mandarin a plus, and willingness to travel.

• 2-3 years of experience in aftersales, preferably in the EV industry.
• English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance to dealers and service centers on troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
• Analyze dealer reports, field data, and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and improve product reliability.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with APM standards and applicable regulations.
• Maintain technical documentation and quality reports, and support new product launches through technical preparation and pre-launch evaluations.
