Guizhou Taiyong-Longmarch Technology Co.,Ltd is seeking a Service Solution Manager (Electrical field) to design electrical systems per client requirements, producing layouts, electrical schematics, and BOQs aligned with IEC and GB standards. You will support overseas projects with technical proposals and client presentations, coordinating with R&D and supply chain for successful delivery.
The role requires about 2 years in electrical solution design or pre-sales, fluency in Mandarin and English,
1. Solution Design: Configure electrical systems based on customer requirements. Produce layout drawings, electrical schematics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) compliant with IEC and relevant national standards (e.g., GB).
2. Technical Solution Development: Develop a deep understanding of industry scenarios including industrial plants, data centers, and renewable energy. Prepare and deliver end-to-end technical proposals, and conduct client-facing presentations and Q&A sessions.
3. Project Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team on overseas project technical discussions, tender responses, and bid presentations. Provide on-site technical support at critical project milestones when required.
4. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with R&D and Supply Chain teams to validate solution feasibility, confirm lead times, and drive projects from proposal to successful delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems, or a related field.
2. Approximately 2 years of experience in electrical solution design or technical pre-sales, with a proven ability to independently manage project proposals.
3. Proficient in electrical design standards and codes; capable of producing drawings and BOQs independently. Familiar with power electronic equipment (e.g., circuit breakers, switchgear) and their configuration logic.
4. Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English as working languages; able to independently conduct meetings and technical discussions with overseas clients in English.
5. Travel: Willingness to undertake short-term overseas trips (approximately 3–5 times per year).
