Job summary

PT Mai Mobil Indonesia is seeking an After Sales Manager to lead service, spare parts, warranty, and customer relations. You will ensure service quality, drive customer satisfaction, and retain key accounts while guiding the After Sales team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in After Sales in automotive, strong leadership, data analysis, and ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet targets and uphold EV service standards.

Understanding of electric vehicles (EV)

Leadership, problem solving, and communication skills

Able to perform data analysis and create After Sales performance reports

Able to work with targets and possess good communication and coordination skills
