• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in after-sales service, technical support, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of machinery and electrical systems; basic troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the after-sales and technical service team, allocating workload.
• Manage customer complaints, service requests, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Coordinate service schedules, maintenance visits, repairs, and product demonstrations with customers and technical teams.
• Maintain effective customer communication, service updates, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Monitor service history, warranty records, spare parts, and technical documentation for accurate service delivery.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare service reports and performance metrics to monitor efficiency and quality.
• Support customer training and continuous improvement of after-sales processes.
