Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an After-Sales Engineer Supervisor in automation or machinery trading.

Responsibilities

• Handle installation and material handling systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Supervise and coordinate machinery installation, including mechanical and electrical works.
• Conduct equipment inspection, testing, adjustment, and trial operation after installation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for installed systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and after-sales service requests.
• Analyze equipment problems and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams during installation and service activities.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and installation documentation.
• Manage on-site work schedules and ensure installation activities are completed according to project timelines.
• Ensure all installation and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support spare-parts identification, replacement, and service recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain good relationships after equipment installation.
• Other duties as assigned.
