Job summary

Facetology is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program from its Tebet, South Jakarta base. You will design campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and ensure all affiliate content adheres to brand guidelines and regulations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, relationship management, and up-to-date knowledge of skincare and makeup industry trends to continuously improve campaigns and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing affiliate marketing programs to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Ability to maintain relationships with affiliates and provide tools and support to optimize performance.
• Familiarity with affiliate analytics, tracking, and performance metrics to adjust campaigns for ROI.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of skincare/makeup industry trends in influencer and affiliate marketing.

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.


• Ensure all content produced by affiliates adheres to brand guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices.
