Job summary

Facetology, a dynamic beauty brand based in South Jakarta, is seeking a KOL Partnerships specialist to identify and recruit key opinion leaders and manage influencer campaigns.

You will negotiate contracts, plan content, monitor performance with weekly and monthly reporting, and stay ahead of beauty trends. A1-2 years in KOL collaboration is preferred; office-based role in South Jakarta.

As a KOL Partnership, You Will

• Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
• Manage KOL collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in the beauty sector

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution
• Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, with a basic understanding of reporting metrics such as reach, views, and engagement rate
• Capable of handling multiple KOL campaigns simultaneously and accustomed to working with targets
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
