Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a KOL Partnership role to identify and recruit key influencers aligned with our beauty brand. You will manage collaborations from contract negotiations to content planning and campaign execution, ensuring measurable results.

You will monitor campaign performance, provide weekly and monthly insights, and stay ahead of trends in the beauty influencer space. This office-based role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations and campaigns.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As aKOL Partnership, you will:

• Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
• Manage KOL collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in the beauty sector

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution
• Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, with a basic understanding of reporting metrics such as reach, views, and engagement rate
• Capable of handling multiple KOL campaigns simultaneously and accustomed to working with targets
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
