DACHIN is seeking a passionate Affiliate Manager to drive growth in our Home Living category. You will research KOLs, build strong influencer relationships, and execute creative campaigns to boost traffic and sales.

This on-site role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset and a track record of successful campaigns. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, possess intermediate English, and have solid Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research Affiliator and KOL to identify key Home Living influencers.
• Foster and maintain productive relationships with KOLs, Affiliators, and KOCs.
• Lead negotiations to secure beneficial collaborations.
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
• Monitor and analyze KOL performance and report campaign results.

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Affiliate Management to join one of our brand. You’ll be responsible for KOL research, building strong relationships with KOLs, and executing creative campaigns to boost traffic and sales growth for our Home Living category.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
• Computer literacy with a minimum of Basic Excel operations skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes.
• Proven track record in campaign management with a flair for creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research for Affiliator and KOL to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector.
• Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOLs, Affiliators, and KOCs.
• Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
• Monitor and analyze KOL performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
