Job summary

DACHIN is seeking a passionate Affiliate Management professional in Indonesia to lead KOL research, build strong relationships with influencers, and drive campaigns to boost traffic and sales in the Home Living category.

You will manage negotiations, coordinate campaigns, and analyze outcomes, requiring good communication, English proficiency, and basic Excel skills. This is an on-site role based in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from any major.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, ASAP.
• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
• Computer literacy with a minimum of Basic Excel operations skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes.
• Proven track record in campaign management with a flair for creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research for Affiliator and KOL to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector.
• Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOLs, Affiliators, and KOCs.
• Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
• Monitor and analyze KOL performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
