Uptalent.io connects remote engineering, architecture, and construction talent in Latin America with US firms. We’re seeking a B2B Business Development or Sales Executive for a partnership-based role whose success is rewarded with recurring and one-time commissions for each converted lead.

You will identify and qualify potential clients, warm leads, and collaborate with our sales team to close deals. This remote opportunity offers autonomy and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors is a plus.
• Track record of generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients for remote architectural and engineering talent.
• Warm up leads by understanding needs and aligning with Uptalent.io services.
• Ensure leads are well-suited for conversion with a clear path to paying clients.
• Optionally collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
