Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry invites a Retail Sales Assistant to be at the frontline of helping customers in our Bandung stores. You will listen to customer needs, recommend outdoor gear, and deliver experiential service to drive sales.

You should have a high school diploma or higher, strong communication, and be willing to work shifts and holidays. This role is based in Bandung, with opportunities to grow in a retailer focused on outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience is a plus (SPG/SPB).
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Domicile near the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
