Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri in Indonesia is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our frontline team, helping customers find outdoor gear and delivering experiential service to encourage purchases.

You will act as an advisor, explain product features and materials, and participate in end-to-end selling from stock arrival to customer delivery. The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and flexibility for shifts and holidays to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. Explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
