Job summary

PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk is seeking an Administration & CRM Staff to support Brand Activation Marketing. You will provide administrative support for the Marketing Department, manage documents and data, and assist with CRM activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills, with an emphasis on detail, organization, and clear communication. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in administration, marketing support, CRM, or brand activation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Marketing Department, especially Brand Activation and CRM.
• Manage documents, data, and administrative reports related to marketing activities.
• Perform data entry, updating, and monitoring of CRM-related activities.
• Support coordination with internal and external parties.
• Prepare administrative requirements for promotional activities, events, and brand activation programs.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Marketing Department.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management, Marketing, Communication Science or a relevant field.


• Experience in administration, marketing support, CRM, or brand activation is an advantage.


• Good administrative and data management skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.


• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and have good communication and coordination skills.


• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
