Job summary

PT Multi Bina Pura International, a North Jakarta-based logistics provider, seeks a youthfully dynamic Operational Admin to support daily activities in container depot, warehousing, and transport services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and strong MS Office skills are essential.

The candidate will work closely with operational teams, prepare internal reports, handle customer requests, and assist billing and correspondence while supporting 24-hour operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as Operational Admin / Logistics Admin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and data management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
• Domiciled in Jakarta or Bekasi area is preferred.
• Handle daily operational administrative activities.
• Prepare and manage operational data, internal reports and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer requests and operational-related complaints.
• Prepare operational activity reports for internal use and customers.
• Assist in billing administration and supporting documentation.
• Handle operational correspondence and email communication.
• Support 24-hour company operations when required.
