Job summary

PT Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking a Head of Finance to supervise and review daily accounting transactions, prepare journal entries, reconcile the general ledger, and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual closings.

The ideal candidate holds a D3/S1 in Accounting with 3–5 years in senior accounting, preferably in FMCG or distribution, and has strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Must be willing to be placed in Greenlake City, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Degree: D3/S1 in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, beauty, cosmetics, or distribution preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, month-end closing, reconciliation, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review daily accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Reconcile sales transactions from distributors, General Trade, Modern Trade, retail, and e-commerce channels.
• Review sales returns, discounts, rebates, promotional programs, and trade expenses.
• Lead and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
• Prepare and review accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other adjusting entries.
• Ensure all accounts are properly reconciled before financial closing.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Payable reports.
• Monitor AP and AR transactions and ensure accurate recording.
• Monitor accounting treatment for inventory purchases, transfers, sales, returns, and adjustments.
• Reconcile inventory records between Finance and Warehouse.
• Review COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and inventory valuation
• Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and controls.
