Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an LV Cable Technician for on-site work in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will perform low-voltage cable termination, jointing, and wiring activities at manufacturing facilities and project sites under supervision.

You will assist with inspection, testing, and commissioning, maintain safety standards (K3), and document daily progress. Reading drawings and basic English are required; travel to sites will be needed.

Qualifications

• SMK in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on LV cable termination and jointing.
• Experience with termination and jointing kits is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiar with LV distribution panels and LVMDP/LVSDP.
• Basic English to understand technical terms and docs.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform LV cable termination and jointing up to 1 kV per specs.
• Install indoor/outdoor cable terminations and joints.
• Prepare cables, crimp, insulate, seal and terminate.
• Wire LV panels according to drawings and specs.
• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot LV cable, wiring, and termination issues.
• Document daily installation work and report results.
