Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an LV Cable Technician for on-site work in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will perform low-voltage cable termination, jointing, and basic electrical assembly in line with technical drawings, standards, and K3 safety procedures.

You will support LV cable and panel installations at manufacturing facilities and project sites, assist with inspections, testing, and reporting, and coordinate with Team Leader or Supervisor to resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years hands-on LV termination and jointing experience.
• Experience with LV distribution systems and LV panels (LVMDP/LVSDP).
• Able to read basic electrical drawings and wiring layouts.
• Familiar with termination/jointing kits from major manufacturers.
• Basic English proficiency for technical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform LV cable termination and jointing up to 1 kV.
• Install indoor/outdoor cable terminations and joints.
• Support wiring and assembly for LV distribution panels.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and commissioning under supervision.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain tools/equipment.
