Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an LV Cable Technician for an on-site role in Tangerang, Indonesia. The technician will perform LV cable termination, jointing, and wiring for systems up to 1 kV at manufacturing facilities and project sites.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on LV termination experience, SMK in Electrical, and ability to read electrical drawings. Travel to customer sites may be required; safety and K3 procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Must have SMK in electrical field.
• 2+ years hands-on LV termination/jointing experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform LV cable termination and jointing up to 1 kV per standards.
• Install indoor/outdoor terminations and joints using major kits.
• Carry out cable preparation, crimping, insulation, and sealing procedures.
• Perform LV wiring according to drawings and project specs.
• Assemble basic LV distribution panels (LVMDP/LVSDP).
• Assist with electrical inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot LV cable/wiring issues under supervision.
• Conduct insulation resistance and continuity testing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials.
• Follow K3 safety procedures and work instructions.
