Job summary

goldenagri in Medan is seeking a detail-oriented production data officer to collect and report production data from start to end, input SAP for the production section, and manage related documents.

You will also handle absenteeism data, ensure APD and ATK supplies, store records, and perform cross-department administration to support production activities.

Responsibilities

• Collect production data from beginning to end for reporting purposes.
• Responsible for employee absenteeism data.
• Prepare production data from start to end (production output).
• Input SAP for production section.
• Prepare and check administration of related documents and check sheets for production.
• Conduct transactions of cross section/department administration as part of confirming production activities.
• Responsible for ensuring APD, ATK, and other needs of the production team.
• Store and maintain records and production documents.
