Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a data-focused production support staff to collect and consolidate production information from the start to the end of the process for reporting purposes.

The role includes maintaining absenteeism data, inputting SAP for the production section, and preparing/ checking related documents and check sheets. You will help coordinate cross-department administration and ensure the availability of production supplies, while storing and organizing production records.

Responsibilities

• Collect production data from beginning to end for reporting purposes.
• Responsible for employee absenteeism data.
• Preparing production data from start of process to end (production output).
• Input SAP for production section.
• Preparing and checking the administration of related documents and check sheet production.
• Conduct transactions of the cross section / department administration as part of the confirmation of production activities.
• Responsible for providing for the completeness of APD, ATK, and other needs of the production team.
• Storing and maintaining records and production documents.
