Job summary

Luxury Villas & Suites in Seminyak, Bali is seeking an experienced Senior Butler to join our pre-opening team. The successful candidate will initially serve as Acting Villa Manager, with a path to Villa Manager based on performance.

The role involves leading multiple departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving luxury service standards across daily operations. English proficiency and a polished, discreet professional presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hotels, resorts or private villas.
• Senior Butler, Head Butler, Butler Supervisor or similar leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on leadership and guest-relations skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• PMS knowledge; VHP experience is an advantage.
• Professional, well-groomed, discreet and service-oriented.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations and guest experience
• Lead Butler, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering & Security teams
• Personally manage guest arrivals, requests and departures
• Maintain villa presentation and luxury service standards
• Conduct daily briefings and coordinate between departments
• Train, supervise and motivate the team
• Handle guest feedback and operational issues
• Support pre-opening preparations and operating procedures
