Alodokter is seeking an experienced Finance and AR specialist in Jakarta Selatan to join our finance team. You will monitor receivables, record payments, and reconcile AR balances while addressing client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting and at least 3 years in finance, with strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and follow up outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments and AR balances.
• Handle client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and billing issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and invoicing matters.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end and audit processes.
