Job summary

PT. Andalan Niaga Expressindo is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage AR records, billing, invoicing, and collections in Jakarta Selatan.

You will monitor payments, prepare Excel-based reports, and ensure tax compliance across PPh and VAT with experience in ERP systems such as Odoo. The role requires a D3 in Accounting, 2–3 years in Tax & Accounts Receivable, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Tax & Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and Accounting systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for collections.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer account reconciliation and ensure accurate AR records.
• Handle AR activities including billing, invoicing, payment monitoring, collection, and customer SOA.
• Follow up and collect outstanding AR balances through effective communication and negotiation.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Accounting/ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
• Maintain accurate tax and AR documentation and records.
