Job summary

PT Ozzaskin Cantik Muda Alami is seeking an Account Receivable/Finance Administration professional to manage AR, issue invoices accurately, and monitor payment schedules. You will reconcile payments, prepare aging and outstanding reports, and coordinate with Sales and Finance to ensure timely collections.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of AR/Finance experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Collaboration with teams and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable or Finance Administration.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, distribution, or marketplace companies is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with accounting systems or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and well-organized.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer accounts receivable.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform payment reconciliation and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Prepare AR aging reports and outstanding payment reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams regarding customer payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of AR transactions.
