Job summary

PT. Ragam Indah Tara is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing, payment aging, and reconciliation in Surabaya. You will engage customers on payment matters and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes accurate billing, timely collections, and reporting. A relevant finance degree and 1–2 years’ experience in billing or accounting are preferred, with willingness to work at our Surabaya (Gubeng) site.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Taxation.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting (experience in Freight Forwarding companies preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Firm in collection execution.
• Proficient in bank reconciliation and cash/receivables recording.
• Willing to be placement in Surabaya (Gubeng).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and update customer aging schedule data regularly to ensure overdue receivables are managed promptly.
• Execute active and professional billing and collection activities to customers via phone, invoices, and direct visits according to agreed payment terms.
• Verify, reconcile, and match incoming customer payments with sales invoices, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the company's financial system.
• Prepare, distribute, and verify completeness of billing documents including tax invoices, delivery notes, and Purchase Orders to ensure timely billing processes.
• Identify and resolve payment obstacles and customer complaints related to invoices, coordinating with sales or management for optimal payment solutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable position reports including cash flow projections from collections for management reporting.
