Job summary

PT Sinar Agung Prasadikindo is seeking an Accounts Receivables Administrator in Surabaya to manage customer receivables, handle invoice administration, and follow up on payments. Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial administration/receivables field (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work within specified targets.
• Able to work both in teams and individually.
• Understanding of accounting/financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform recording and monitoring of customer receivables on each sales transaction.
• Manage invoice administration and billing document management.
• Send invoices/bills and conduct payment follow-up.
• Prepare and update receivables reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth billing process.
• Perform reconciliation of receivables data with financial reports.
• Archive transaction documents neatly and systematically.
