Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts payable or accounts management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; SAP or similar platforms advantageous.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and standards relevant to accounts payable operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts payable team and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Monitor costs and perform variance analysis against budgets.
• Prepare and reconcile AP statements in the general ledger.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
• Audit AP records regularly to prevent fraud.
• Train and mentor AP staff; provide performance feedback.
• Generate financial reports and cost analyses for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management on financial activities.
